Refunds and Returns Policy

At Mindful Book Critic, we value the energy and time we share. Our policy reflects our commitment to mindfulness and fair exchange.

1. Free Discovery Calls & Deposits
• The $5 fee collected for the “Free Discovery Call” is a security deposit to protect our shared schedule.
• Refundability: This $5 is fully refundable upon completion of your Discovery Call.
• Service Credit: Alternatively, you may choose to apply this $5 as a credit toward any future full-length service (Tarot, Numerology, or Sound Healing).
• No-Shows: If you miss your scheduled session without 24-hour notice, the deposit is forfeited to cover the reserved time.

2. Digital & Spiritual Services
• Note: These are “Digital services delivered via email/Zoom.”
• Once a full-length spiritual service (Tarot, Numerology, Sound Healing) has been delivered, it is non-refundable.
• You may reschedule your session up to 24 hours before the appointment time using the link in your confirmation email.

3. Physical Products (Books & Goods)
• Our policy for physical items lasts 30 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
• Non-returnable items: Gift cards, downloadable software, and used books.
• To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

4. Refunds Process
Once your return is received (or your Discovery Call is completed), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
1. Check your bank account again.
2. Contact your credit card company.
3. Contact your bank; processing times vary.

6. Shipping for Returns
To return your physical product, mail it to: {physical address}. You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
