Cancellations and Refunds
We value transparency and fairness. If you need to cancel your order or session, please review the guidelines below.

• For services (virtual sessions, classes, readings):
– Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are fully refundable or can be rescheduled once at no extra cost.
– Missed or same-day cancellations are non-refundable because time and preparation are reserved specifically for you.

• For physical or affiliate products:
– Returns and refunds follow the shipping partner’s policy listed at checkout. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days so we can coordinate a replacement or refund with the partner brand.

Processing
